Fix Diffusers startup import with Transformers 4.48.0
Update the Transformers pin from 4.42.4 to 4.48.0 so it provides Dinov2WithRegistersConfig and Dinov2WithRegistersModel required by Diffusers 0.39.0. The original failure was reproduced on Python 3.10, and the repaired dependency resolution and entrypoint import path were verified without downloading model weights.
