Dont worry, try obtain it on the phone or wait some time.
Actually, there are more problems with the certifications.
I've done both the Unit 1 and Unit 2 and completed the quizes. No certifications at all neither generated nor in the profile.
Additionally, something is happening with the hyperlinks and it might or might not be related.
