CAPE scGPT Assets

This repository contains the organized scGPT pretrained assets used by the CAPE pipeline.

CAPE is available at:

https://github.com/Catchxu/CAPE

The asset bundle includes the model weights, configuration, vocabulary, and preprocessor configuration expected by the CAPE scGPT wrapper.
